Happy Mother's Day!

Today, I recognize my amazing, beautiful, and smart Mother, and all the great women I have in my life who have been role models and supporters to me.

First and Foremost, my mom, Anne:

My mommy is the strongest woman I know. She is my hero and number one supporter. No matter how old I get, I still find myself saying, "I want my mommy" at times. She is where I get my feisty attitude from, but she's also one of the most caring, thoughtful people I've ever met, and I owe my big heart to her. She makes me so proud to call myself her daughter, and I strive everyday to make her proud as a mother. The older I get, the more I get told, I look like her... and to me, that's the world's biggest compliment.
Today, and everyday, I am thankful to have the world's best mom!

My mom's mom, my Grandma Betty, is another beautiful lady who lights up any time I call her and gets so excited when I give her good news. She has been there to support me over the years and loves when her children and grandchildren visit. She was one of the proudest Grandmas the day of my wedding, and smiled from ear to ear when I walked down the aisle.

I am so blessed to also have a stepmom, Pat and my dad's mom, Grandma Casey very active in my life. My Grandma Casey lives with my dad and Pat, so I get to see her quite often when I see my parents. She is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet and, even at 89, she's living life to the fullest. She has supported me at all major life events and lives for when she gets to see her grandchildren and especially now, her great grandbabies. Everyone who meets her calls her "Grandma" because you just can't help but love her.
I'm also very lucky to have my stepmom Pat who I love so much. She is so kind hearted and would give anyone the shirt off her back. Pat treats me as her own daughter, and I love how sweet and caring she is.

The newest woman in my life is Shane's mom, Kathy. My husband loves his mom and she loves her big baby so much. I respect and love Kathy for the amazing man that she has raised and the values she has instilled in him.
